Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your clean, please be aware that doing so within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to half the cost of the clean. If you cancel within 24 hours of your clean time, you will be charged the full amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a considerate scheduling environment.

Essential Deep Clean

If it has been more than 3 months since your last clean, we ask that you book another deep clean. This ensures we are able to maintain the quality you expect.

Waiting Policy

If for some reason you are not answering your door, phone, and haven't given us any instruction to enter your home, we will wait no more than 10 minutes. If we have reached 10 minutes with no word from you, you will be charged the full amount.

Overdue Invoice

If you have not paid your invoice within a 3 day period, we will auto-charge your card on file. Thanks for understanding!
